Let's name the parts together ... the front cover, .... with the title, author and illustrator, ... the back cover, ... the spine, that holds the book together, ... and the pages where the words and pictures are! There's even a special page in the beginning of every book called the TITLE page. Can you name all the parts? Here is... an example. What part of the book is this? (...) This is the spine! Let's look at another... example. What part is this? (...) It's the back cover. Here is the next... example. What is this called? (...) It's called the front cover. Here is the next... example.
